Terms of Service

1. Overview & Agreement

By accessing or using Anthira's services, APIs, and automated LinkedIn publishing tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an engineering agency or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Merchant of Record

Payment & Reseller Terms: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

3. Account Usage & GitHub Webhooks

Anthira processes code diff metadata received via GitHub Webhooks to generate structured technical content drafts. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and GitHub’s Terms of Service.

4. Intellectual Property

All source code, proprietary AI pipelines, and platform interface designs remain the exclusive property of Anthira. Content generated from your repository diffs belongs to you.

5. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account management dashboard or Paddle customer portal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our security or acceptable use policies.
